Great dentist office! Front desk is very professional and they work extra hard to put me on the schedule since my schedule is very full. The dental work is painless. The dental hygenist is very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I found this office! My teeth and gums feel so much better.

Tiffany does a great job with my cleaning. She always makes me feel comfortable. Everyone is so friendly. I truly look forward to seeing everyone. Have been seeing Dr. Betz for years. He is a wonderful dentist.

Yesterday, Sue and I figured out that I have been coming to see her since 1976! I guess you lovely people are stuck with me for as long as I can afford to come. As usual, Sue did her thorough and painfree cleaning and checking of my teeth. Missed seeing Dr Betz, as he was out ill, but you ladies took very good care of me. It is always like visiting friends. Several visits in one month, all of which were handled with gentle care, understanding, professionalism, and answers to all my questions. Procedures were explained in detail, and I really appreciate the warm and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Betz and his staff are superb and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!

"I don't have time to finish you, you'll have to come back" totally took me by surprise...I
guess you'd say shocked more than anything else, then could not get another appointment suitable to my previous schedules elsewhere. Another appointment would be considered a cleaning, since the charges for the first was $189.00 means I would be charged $378.00.

Of course my visit yesterday went wonderful. I was nervous going in as I am always and the crew starting with Kelly and her smile to Vivian taking me to the room and the Doc taking care of me and listening to me. They explained it all and did exactly what they said they would do. I went home feeling good and feeling good today. So as always a happy camper just wish my teeth would behave.
